We switch you to the best deal on the market automatically – unlike comparison websites, we do all the work for you. We also continue to check every month for you to make sure you’re still on the best deal. If you’re not, we’ll flip you again to the best deal. It’s all done with our in-house built algorithm which we’ve name ‘Joules’. Our development team are continuously improving the technology behind it to allow customers more preferences and more automation.
Protecting our members from price rises by their supplier, avoiding the scenario of rolling over to an expensive tariff when your contract ends and most importantly saving them time to do the things they’d prefer to do, and giving them the peace of mind that they will never overpay for energy again. We were the first auto switching service in the UK and remain the only truly independent switching service. Being independent, means we’re funded entirely by our members, (not by negotiated commissions from suppliers) which means we have no preferred suppliers, no contractual obligations with suppliers – allowing us to be truly impartial, so we can switch to all the suppliers on the market (apart from those with bad reviews) and as often as needed to get the very best deals. We work for our members and only our members.
