The Financial Conduct Authority consulted on its guidance for firms on the fair treatment of vulnerable customers.
Fair By Design is calling on the FCA to:
- Lead the way in meeting Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED) requirements.
- Adopt an Inclusive Design approach – and encourage firms too.
- Include the poverty premium in its list of potential consumer harms.
