Fair By Design wants to work with businesses to ensure consumers aren’t paying over the odds for their essential services.

There is already enthusiasm amongst commercial businesses and social enterprises for looking at how products and services are delivered to customers.  This includes how to innovate around loyal consumers as well as new ones, and stay ahead of competition on customer communication.

Fair By Design hopes that individual companies will design out the poverty premium, and in so doing:

  • provide more equitable services for everyone.
