Barrow Cadbury Trust is an independent charity using all resources for social justice. It seeks long-term solutions by looking at root causes of inequality, frequently working in partnership with others to identify solutions. It has been focusing on social justice and equality issues for more than 100 years, celebrating its centenary in 2020.
As well as its endowment, which produces an income to fund its work and that of its partners, it also deploys the funds of other organisations for its social justice mission. This is the case for Fair By Design where a group of foundations jointly fund Barrow Cadbury Trust to manage Fair By Design.
